based in Pennsylvania. We have over 30 years of experience in marine related
fields including over 20 years of direct retail experience in boating supplies
and equipment and nearly 10 years of online experience.
Our objective is
to go beyond the promises of every other website (low prices, fast shipping,
etc.). Our objective is to provide every online shopper with an online source or
value based pricing across the board, not a confusing mix of low prices and high
prices which is a common tool used by many retailers. We offer a large selection
of products which are displayed correctly and accurately with clear
descriptions, accurate pictures and honest pricing. We sell only produts we know
to be of quality construction from well known and respected manufacturers.

SELECTION: Every item on this website is researched and hand selected to be an
item which we are comfortable selling to our customers. For example, we don't
sell 7 versions of the same exact item which many websites do because this is
confusing to the buyer. Rather, we will sell the version that we feel has the
best reliability, brand name acceptance or factory warranty. We make sure that
all of our items have truly accurate descriptions that are easy to understand
and photos that accurately show the product. (example: Every paint product we
sell has a clear and accurate color chart on display). While we will admit there
are errors hiding on our site, we make a full time effort to make sure you have
as much information as possible before you purchase anything on our website.
LOW PRICING: We offer no tricks or gimicks in our pricing. For
example, there are no additional hazmat fees on our selection of paints and
resins. What you see is what you pay. Our shipping rates are the lowest in the
industry bar none. We can offer this low rate of shipping because of the
structure of our business. Behind the scenes we operate with a small staff who
work very hard to fulfill your orders, answer your questions and make your
experience as enjoyable as possible.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: All of our
service, returns and support issues are handled via online and e-mail
services. We are only able to offer low prices because our operational expenses
are a fraction of what they would be if we maintained a staff of telephone
operators. While this may seem like an intentional effort to reduce our customer
service, it is one of the only ways we can maintain our low pricing and low
shipping costs. We have conducted business this way for a long time and like
anything there are compromises of service in some situations, however the end
result is lower pricing and in many situations we can provide better answers and
more in depth research when we have an email we can review and research rather
than a phone call which in many cases requires an immediate answer.

credit card information is NEVER seen by anybody anywhere. All payments are
processed directly online with either Paypal or Google Checkout and all we see
is a simply "AUTHORIZED" OR "DECLINED" message. There is absolutely no risk of
your credit card information being stolen or misused because we have no access
to any of your personal data other than your address (for shipping purposes). We
believe this to be the highest level of credit card security possible.
SHIPPING AND WAREHOUSES: We ship from 11 warehouses
which are primarily on the eastern part of the United States. This allows us to
deliver your products to you very quickly in many cases. Most orders will arrive
to your location within 2-3 days of the order placement. For guaranteed service
we recommend air shipping, but in most cases your order will arrive very quickly
(often times the following day) simply by choosing the $6.00 ground shipping
method.
