Important Information Regarding
International (Non-U.S.) Payments
Our website utilizes the highest level of anti-fraud
protection and security available to protect both our business and the
security of our customers. As a result there are ocassionally orders which our
website will not authorize. If you have entered in all of your payment
information correctly and our website still will not authorize your payment we
will follow up with you to assist with the payment. If this happens during our
normal business hours (8am to 7pm) U.S. Eastern Time we will typically respond
to you within 20 minutes with assistance. Otherwise we will respond as soon as
our office reopens.
In addition to the credit/debit card processor we use
on our website, we also have a secondary processor which works very well with
our international customers. If your order does not authorize, we will respond
to you with a brief explanation of the process of authorizing the order and then
email you a secure invoice which you can use to quickly and easily complete your
payment.
99% of the time we can easily authorize your payment,
however with international customers we often have to take this 2nd step to
finalize the order. Please be assured both our website payment processor
and our alternate processor are highly secure. As always if you have any

Shipping Information
We ship orders to over 100 countries worldwide
including Canada, Australia, all of Europe, Central and South America and most
of the Caribbean nations along with many other countries. Our method of shipping
is either United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail which is a 7-10 day
service to most nations or DHL which is a 3-4 day service to most nations. We
will always attempt to get your products to you in the fastest possible manner
while keeping our shipping costs in line with what we charge you at checkout.

Priority Mail Shipments. Every country excluding Canada we ship to will
use this rate table (Canadian rates are less). These are the exact rates
our website will charge you when you put items in your shopping cart.

| Some items cannot be shipped internationally due
to size restrictions. We try to note each item on our website that is not
available for international shipping. Large items such as big fuel tanks,
some boat seats and any product over 48-60" in length may not be shippable
based on the destination countries postal regulations. If you order an
oversized or unshippable item, we will offer you an alternate shipping
method if one is available, if the alternate shipping is unacceptable we
will refund you in full. |
