INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship orders to over 100 countries worldwide including Canada, Australia, all of Europe, Central and South America and most of the Caribbean nations along with many other countries. Our method of shipping is either United States Postal Service Global Priority mail or DHL. We reserve the right to select which shipper we choose to send your packages and we base that choice on cost of shipment and time in transit. We will always attempt to get your products to you in the fastest possible manner while keeping our shipping costs in line with what we charge you at checkout. We use Global priority mail on our website because it is typically the most cost effective way to ship products all over the world in a reliable and timely manner. We do not offer UPS or Fed Ex rates on our website due to the high cost of those carriers for international packages, however at your request we can ship via those carriers if you are willing to pay the actual shipping costs.

Shipping Rates Table

Represented below is our shipping cost for all international orders. Every country excluding Canada we ship to will use this rate table (Canadian rates are less). Shipments are via USPS Global Priority Mail with a 5-10 day delivery timetable from the date of order placement. These are the exact rates our website will charge you when you put items in your shopping cart.

Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to size restrictions. We try to note each item on our website that is not available for international shipping. Large items such as big fuel tanks, some boat seats and any product over 48-60" in length may not be shippable based on the destination countries postal regulations. If you order an oversized or unshippable item, we will refund you in full immediately.

Payment for your international order:

Our primary online payment processor is Paypal. If you select to pay via Credit Card, your payment will be processed by Paypal. Most of the time there is not any problem, however Paypal uses strict fraud protection and occasionally your payment will decline. If this happens, please do not panic. We can view these declined payments and we will follow up with you very shortly via email with an alternate payment method (usually Google Checkout, who is not as demanding in regards to fraud protection). If there is any way possible we will work with you to make sure your payment is accepted. Some nations are simply not accepted by our payment processors. Typically these are smaller nations or those which have suspect banking systems or a history of credit card fruad issues. If our system will not accept your country, please contact us via email at orders@discountmarinesupplies.com and we will assist you with your payment.
