Heavy duty highly polished stamped stainless steel. Supplied with black rubber mounting pads. Adjustable tube positions. Fits standard fiberglass 1-1/8" ID base, 15' outrigger poles. Base: 30 degree (Dim: 4" x 2-9/16"). Fasten with #10 screws. Available in 3 options: Tube only, base only or kit with 1 tube and 1 base.
