Our stores and our catalogs are limited to a selected number of items which we can ecomomically stock, thus we are forced to select only 10,000 or so items which are printed in our catalog and listed for sale on our website. However we are very capable of "special ordering" many thousands of other items through our extensive purchasing options and this has always been a commonplace activity in our retail stores so we figured why not extend this service to our online customers. Therefore we established the Worldwide Catalog Price Matching System, which allow our customers to input any item which they can't find anywhere, have found in a competitors catalog or store (but not ours), or have found for a better price elsewhere and we will do all of the work to find you a better price. It's a simple 2 part process. Part 1 is the responsibility of the customer to fill out the entire form, you must fill out all required fields (that's why they are required). Part 2 is the responsibilty of Coastal Marine to search our database to find you the item with the price you are willing to pay for it. When our search is complete we will send you an e-mail with the information and a special order number, if you wish to purchase the item you must use this special order number (as instructed on the ordering page), after 1 week all special order numbers will be deleted and all search results may become void.
