LEICA GPS MX400

Leica GPS setting a new standard. Combines todays most advanced technology with easy to use, logical operations and you have the incredible MX400. Leica's latest DGPS navigator. Even in adverse conditions, you can expect one to five meter accuracy. This receiver automatically locates the strongest transmitting beacon station and locks on in seconds. Add to this the MX400's waterproof package.

Enhanced performance and productivity. The MX400 is available with an optional built in DGPS beacon receiver and a combined GPS/Beacon H-field ferrite loop antenna. The single enclosure and the combined antenna with it's single antenna cable make installation quick and easy. Best of all, this unique antenna requires no grounding and eliminates atmosperic problems.

The convenience of flexible interfacing. The four seperate input and output ports provide compatible interfaces for NMEA-0183 devices and PC interfaces. Store libraries of waypoints on your personal computer. Interface with a multitude of radars, ARPAs, autopilots, chart plotters and more. Pass through up to 50 input records to the output port of your choice.

The MX400 features 2000 waypoints with 20 character alphanumeric names and icons. 100 routes with a dynamic number of waypoints up to 2000 in all routes. Special features are tide program, speed graph, sun and moon alamanac, fuel calculations, wind calculations, goto feature, warning areas, mark, MOB feature and 3D panorama display. The display is true sunlight readable 240 x 128 pixel backlit, black/white LCD display. The languages are Danish, Dutch, English, French, Finish, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. Input voltage 10.5 to 32 vdc, 10 watts. Dimensions are 10.7"W X 5.7"H X 1.9"D.
