For open boats, a popular holder of extremely simple design. Strongly made with only one moving part. Base plate is one pice with heavy duty locating bar instead of pin used by others. Solid end of tube has four way locating slots. By lifting and rotating tube, desired position is obtained. When tube is removed nothing projects so deck is unobstructed. Brass chrome plated construction.
